First wagon train of material and supplies moving in to Refinery site from north side in 1919, near where cracking coils now stands. Wagons came in along what is now Park Street (known then as Wooster-Cedar Bayou Road). Men in foreground are standing in a sea of mud in front of tent not shown in picture. Note high-top work shoes on box beside them, drying in the seldom seen in those days. Man in left is wearing WWI uniform and wrap-around leggins, called "Puttees."
