Carver Elementary School students join in the fun of breaking ground for their new school. From left are Juan Mendez, Lino Sierra, Patrick Christian, Ali Candelo, Shatoya Monday, Ureil Gonzalez, Salena Balboa, Jorge Lopez and Daniel Hernandez, who participated in the effort during the recent ground-breaking ceremony held at the new Carver campus. The new facility, made possible through the 1999 Goose Creek CISD bond program, is expected to be completed this December.
