Humble Oil donating land to schools; "Deeds to the additional land which the Company donated to the schools were presented to school officials in a joint meeting held recently at Baytown refinery office. Seated around the table left to right are L.A. Lovering, W.J. Bennett, John Hill McKinney president of the school board, J.L. Finely manager of refineries, Gordon L. Farned superintendent of Baytown refinery, R.F. Dial, W.Y. Harvey, O.L. Anderson school board business manager, W.A. Miller, and Superintendent of Schools Dr. Harmon Lowman. Lovering, Bennett, Dial, and Miller are employees at the Baytown Refinery."
