Broadcast booth at Billion Gallon Day December 14, 1944; Announcer Charlie Jordan manager of station WRR Dallas supervisor A.B. Penny and technician Harvey Wheeler in the broadcast booth during the Billion Gallon Day ceremonies. Booth was set up in an office of the main building giving a clear view of the speakers.
