Joint conference group, 1932; Third of three-part panorama. Left to right: ________ Tom Pruitt, Bill Latham, ______, ______, A.C. (Auggie) Kraft, George Walmsley Sr., _____, Dr. Sherman S. Shaffer, J.R. (Buddy) Seydler. Note: Company appointed twelve management representatives and employees elected twelve representatives. Topics included bargaining safety recreation and many purposes in early days of Refinery. It functioned successfully until Wagner Labor Bill was passed by Congress and the Joint Conference adjourned permanently.
