Annie Sjolander Scott models an heirloom silk hat from the late 1800's. The headcovering is pleated to shape around a circular back piece. It is edged at the front and back with double shirring for a truly elegant decoration. The side pieces of this bonnet are shoulder length suggested that is was used on very formal occasions. Originally owned by Margaret Sjolander.
