So many water resources had been contaminated by the drilling process that Joseph Isaacs started a successful business of hauling drinking water which was sold to residents at thirty-five cents a barrel. His only competition was an artesian well near Busch Landing. The wording on the side of the tank reads "Ed Eisenmann - I want your business".
