Same photo as other 1919 Construction of Mechanical Shops, but several months later in 1919. Building in the foreground is the No. 1 boilerhouse. Building immediately behind is old warehouse, next building to the left is the machine shop, then carpenter shop, then boilermaker shop. Tents in the background for African American and Hispanic workers. Old corral is in the center, extreme right. The old corral burned a year or two later along with most of the tent city.
